Our summers are brutal, but I don't hurt nearly as much in the heat. Taking a step back can be an eye opener when I cant walk so well it reminds me how ducks waddle and I can laugh at my inner black duck waddling around until it feels okay again. Aura Ps 40celsus heat can do some real damage too especially when you have over a fortnight of it to cope with other things can show up too. I have rheumatoid, some degree of pain always, usually mild to moderate, but this cold stuff kills me. I don't take any pain pills, outside the occasional aspirin, when I'm really desperate--and it only helps a little. Mostly I just live with it. These past few days have been miserable! Hi Bonnie,
